Thank you Bounphong for asking. We, the plng committee, agree to have Sinh Lao for ladies and business attire for gentlemen for all attendees to show respect and admiration to our Lao tradition and pride. But the business casuals and other night gowns are also acceptable.
This will be one of those few occasions a year in free countries we have a chance to express our gratitude to our forefathers who have not only preserved but glorified this precious traditon as well. We should all carry on and pass it to next generation. See ya there in the so-called Sin City on earth.

To all attendees,
Your name badge provided by our committee officials is your ID at the party; therefore, you must wear it at all time from the begining until the end of he event. It not only glorifies your professional appearance but helps us keep the whole scenario organized. Please be mindful that our committee officials and security officers are authorized to question the individual who does not have a badge on and the worst scenario, he or she might be escorted out of the party. I hope we all equally comply with our simple rules.

One more week before our date line 9/30/11. It means we will not only accept any new names, the registration will definitely closed but fees cannot be accepted as well. Reasons are: 1. We want to honor and respect our friends, 190 as of today, who had committed to our rules by paying the fees and made their own arrangements. 2. We had this opportunity opened for them, 72 as of today, to show the commitment since we launched this plan in February, anyone who is serious about this event, should be able to comply with our guidelines. 3. We must have our exact head counts and reliable budgets in our control.

Dear friends,
This is the 3rd reminding message for most of you. We don't want to miss the opportunity to get to know each other and have good time together, so we want to see your commitment by sending your fee to our treasurer by the end of this month 9/30/11. After this date, we will not accept any fees and the registration board will be completely closed. That means those folks who have not paid their fees by that date will not be eligible to participate in the 10/22/11 Vegas reunion and there will not be any tickets available at the door.
We encourage you to help you help us secure your seat before the date line, and if you need assistance, feel free to get hold of our committee members any time.

For those who had paid the fee but unable to attend the party for some reasons and notify us by 10/01/11, will be reimbursed by our treasurer. For hotel reservation: all reservation made under Suri code name will get discount through 9/20/11. |

1/ Are you ready for the party? Don't you have any idea or suggestion for Admin on the party of doing better organize party event? come on!!!. Helping is not wasting.
2/ Suggestion: Can we create another tab for "Briefing background" of the attendee instead of interviewing each person, I thing we save much ! much time because there are nearly 300 attendees total.
3/ This is the example of voluntary briefing background from my idea.
Name: Kekoy Chaynhay.
Birthplace: Thatluang, Vientiane.
Marital status: Married, wife Nang Si, or husband Thao Lair, If you are single put "Single"
Children: Son Bak Hum 25, Girld Ee Choi 23. If you have no children put "0" or N/A.
Education: Oudom Vieng Xay, Samnua, Laos 1979, USC USA 2000, or put N/A if you don't want to tell.
Depart Laos: 1965, but if you are still in Laos or somewhere else put N/A, and then put wherever you are.

I just wanted to be clear on this the Record ID # is not a record count. This number is considered like your ID number. Why the numbers jump from 178 to 195? There are couple reasons
1. Because every time you register the Record ID will increase by one i.e 1, 2, 3 and so on. Some time we need to delete some record because he/she registered more than one by mistake.
2. Beside if you have a teenager then we'll not display their name but they are in our database and this one cause the number jumped too. |

Sabaidee took took thanh.. I was checking Attendee list, I have noticed that the number of Attendee #178 then the next number is #195. Does anybody notice that? What happen #179 to #194??? It is almost getting close for our Reunion in Las Vegas October 22, 2011, hopefully everyone will start to make payment for our register fees which is $75.00 per person. We have a multiple options to display list of attendees, we can sort by User ID or First name or Last name or Registered date or Received date by click into title itself. Please try it. Of course we'll have Lao's Idol on second day at Sourignong's house, right Yong? |
